SG IT is looking for a highly skilled System Administrator Data Protection to manage and strengthen enterprise-grade backup and recovery environments across on-prem and cloud platforms.

This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Rubrik, HPE Zerto, NAS & SAN infrastructure, and cloud-based backup strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy, configure, and manage Rubrik Backup & Recovery and HPE Zerto solutions

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate NAS & SAN performance, access, and event alerts

- Provide storage provisioning and L3 support for DAS, NAS, and SAN environments

- Perform storage array and NAS performance tuning and upgrades

- Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of backup and recovery jobs

- Manage daily backup, restore, replication, and recovery operations

- Conduct backup validation, recovery testing, and DR drills

- Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery plans, SOPs, and runbooks

- Assist in designing and implementing cloud-based backup strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Collaborate closely with IT, security, and infrastructure teams

What Were Looking For :

- Strong hands-on experience with Rubrik and HPE Zerto platforms

- Solid expertise in backup & disaster recovery, storage management, and data protection best practices

- Deep knowledge of NAS, SAN, DAS configuration, administration, and performance tuning

- Experience with on-prem and cloud environments

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and provide technical leadership

Certifications :

- Rubrik Certified System Administrator / Engineer

- Managing Zerto : Setup, Protection & Recovery

- SNIA Certified Storage Networking Expert (SCSN-E)

- VMware Certified Professional Data Center Virtualization
