Sysgain Information Technology - Quality Test Engineer - Manual & Automation Testing

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manual and Automation Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with hands-on experience in Selenium, Python, and Azure DevOps. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and continuous improvement of our QA processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Python.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues to resolution.

- Perform regression, performance, and functional testing.

- Continuously improve test strategies and processes

Skills and Exp required :

- 8 to 14 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python.

- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD integration.

- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
