Syntax - SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP ABAP development across multiple business modules.

- Design, develop, and maintain custom programs, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and workflows in alignment with business requirements.

- Support and optimize SAP TM and FI processes, ensuring seamless integration with PI/PO systems.

- Develop and manage proxies, OData services, and ABAP Managed Database Procedures to support modern SAP landscapes.

- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP), BAdIs, BAPIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Frameworks.

- In-depth understanding of Core Data Services (CDS) Views, OData, and ABAP Managed Database

Procedures (AMDP).

- Working knowledge of SAP Workflow design and implementation.

- Familiarity with SAP PI/PO and proxy integrations.

- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects and ongoing support.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
