Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Syniti MDM Consultant / Lead to manage and deliver end-to-end Syniti Master Data Management (MDM) services. The role involves ensuring platform stability, integrating Syniti with enterprise systems, driving operational excellence, and implementing continuous improvements in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver and manage Syniti MDM services, ensuring platform stability, performance, and SLA compliance.

- Collaborate with enterprise teams for integration with SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and other connected systems.

- Lead or support incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking across L2/L3 support.

- Manage service reporting, operational dashboards, and governance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement minor enhancements aligned to evolving business priorities.

- Provide technical expertise and leadership in Syniti MDM design, configuration, and deployment activities.

- Support cross-functional teams in data quality, governance, and MDM best practices.

Requirements:

- 5-15 years of total experience in Master Data Management (MDM), including hands-on expertise in Syniti.

- Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem integration (ECC, BTP).

- Proven experience managing or supporting L2/L3 operations, incident resolution, and service governance.

- Proficiency in service reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Leadership experience preferred for candidates applying as Lead.
