Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior React JS Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern JavaScript, React ecosystem, and front-end architecture, and capable of mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable UI applications using React.js

- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality code

- Develop reusable components and front-end libraries

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, security, and scalability

- Integrate front-end code with RESTful / GraphQL APIs

- Collaborate with backend, product, QA, and design teams

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making

- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of overall front-end development experience

- 4+ years of strong experience in React.js

- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux / Zustand

- Experience with component-based architecture

- Strong understanding of state management, lifecycle methods, and performance optimization

- Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL

- Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, Vite, or similar build tools

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines

- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Experience with Next.js

- Knowledge of TypeScript

- Exposure to Micro Frontend architecture

- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

- Familiarity with Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS

- Basic understanding of Node.js

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
