Synectics - Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Java React Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java, RESTful APIs, ReactJS, and JavaScript with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development (Java) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Implement business logic, data access layers, and integration with external systems.

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Frontend Development (React + JavaScript) :

- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Work with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.

General Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full stack development.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

- Solid experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) :

- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker
