We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, and backend application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise applications, optimizing application performance, and working with relational databases using Hibernate.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications using Core Java and the Spring Framework.

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services following industry best practices.

- Implement multithreading and concurrency concepts to enhance application performance and resource utilization.

- Build and maintain data access layers using Hibernate/JPA and optimize database interactions.

- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects while ensuring optimal performance.

- Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and production issues through effective debugging and root cause analysis.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across different environments.

- Contribute to Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment and release activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above) and Advanced Java concepts.

- Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, collections, and object-oriented programming principles.

- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedure development.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
