Primary Responsibilities :

- Work with Telepresence and Video Conferencing technologies and solutions.

- Design IPT (IP Telephony) solutions from both presales and post-sales viewpoints.

- Handle escalations from the Voice Implementation Team and provide solutions.

- Design and prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BoM) as per customer requirements.

- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) architecture documents.

- Implement and support

- Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) 8.5 and 7.1 on UCS Server

- Cisco Unity Connection 8.5

- Cisco IP Contact Center Express (UCCX) integration with CUCM

- Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express (CME)

- Cisco Unity Express

- Cisco Voice Gateways

- Cisco IP Phones (6900, 7900, 9900 Series)

- Tandberg and Polycom video endpoints

- Configure and deploy Cisco Routers and Switches.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills :

- Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, and QoS.

- Excellent client management and issue resolution skills.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting expertise.

- Excellent communicationoral, written, and presentation skills.

- Cisco certifications such as CCVP, CCIE Collaboration, or any other Cisco-related certifications are highly preferred.

Required Technical Expertise :

- Deep expertise in Cisco Call Manager (latest and legacy versions).

- Hands-on experience in Cisco Collaboration Suite and IP Telephony deployments.

Experience Required : 5- 10 years in Cisco Collaboration, IPT, and UC Solutions
