Designation : Technical Lead ( Zoho)

Experience Range : 5+ years

What is the work?

- Design, configure, and customize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho One modules.

- Develop custom functions, scripts, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.

- Create custom modules, fields, and reports to meet business requirements.

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and goals.

- Translate requirements into comprehensive technical solutions using Zoho tools and

integrations.

- Recommend best practices for Zoho architecture, module design, automation flows, and API integration.

- Prepare solution documents, process flows, and system architecture diagrams for client

approval.

- Build and maintain API-based integrations between Zoho and third-party applications (e.g.,

ERP, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools).

- Utilize Zoho Flow, webhooks, and custom scripts for automation and data synchronization.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize for performance.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, demos, and solution presentations with clients.

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during Zoho implementation projects.

- Provide training and onboarding sessions for client teams on implemented solutions.

- Maintain proactive communication to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

- Analyze existing workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency.

- Implement advanced automation for lead management, sales tracking, customer support,

and reporting.

- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and mapping during new module setup or integration

projects.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

What skills and experience are we looking for ?

- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One suite).

- Expert in Deluge Script and Zoho APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and integration tools.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced customization.

- Proven experience in client-facing roles for technical solutioning and delivery.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Should be hands on as well as be able to guide junior resources with respect to project

execution.

- Zoho Certified Developer certification.

- Must have used various connectors like Zapier, Make, n8n available as part of solutioning.

- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
