What is the work ?

- Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile app development projects (iOS, Android, and/or cross-platform).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all project matters.

- Gather client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensure alignment with deliverables.

- Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and progress updates.

- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers (iOS/Android/Cross-platform).

- Conduct code reviews and support best practices in mobile architecture and performance optimization.

- Help in skill development and performance evaluation of the team.

- Provide technical guidance on app architecture, design decisions, and technology stacks (e.g, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native).

- Participate in solution design and assist in technical estimations and proposals.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality benchmarks.

What skills and experience are we looking for ?

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience in native (iOS/Android) and/or cross-platform mobile development.

- Proven track record of managing multiple mobile app development projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party SDK integrations.

- Experience with App Store and Play Store deployment processes.

- Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles in mobile development
