Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated UI test scripts.

- Create and execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests.

- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test components.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and generate test reports.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and business teams.

- Participate in test planning, requirement analysis, test case reviews, and code reviews.

- Contribute to improving test coverage, automation quality, and overall QA processes.

Required Skills :

- Python Automation : Good hands-on experience with Python-based test automation.

- UI Testing & Automation : Experience in designing and executing automated UI tests.

- Playwright / Selenium : Good knowledge of Playwright is preferred; Selenium experience is also valuable.

- Pytest Framework : Experience with Pytest or similar Python testing frameworks.

- REST API Testing : Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, and API validation.

- Git & GitHub : Knowledge of version control, branching, pull requests, and code collaboration.

- JIRA & TestRail : Experience with defect tracking, test management, and reporting.

- Jenkins / CI-CD : Understanding of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Cloud : Basic Knowledge : AWS / GCP / Azure / OCI.

- Docker / Kubernetes : Knowledge of containers, Docker, or Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
