Sykatiya Technologies - Python Automation Test Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Python Testing Engineer with strong expertise in automation, infrastructure as code, networking, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, testing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Python-based automation and testing frameworks.

- Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform (IAC).

- Create, configure, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment.

- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure smooth integration and testing.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across applications, pipelines, and infrastructure.

- Apply strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, routing).

- Work in Linux environments for automation, scripting, and system support.

- Contribute to cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python scripting for automation and testing.

- Strong experience with Terraform (infrastructure as code).

- Proven expertise in Jenkins creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, routing, firewalls).

- Proficiency in Linux environments.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
