Are you passionate about architecting next-generation high-speed communication systems? We are looking for an experienced Analog Design Architect to lead the definition and development of cutting-edge High-Speed RX Architectures for SerDes and wireline communication interfaces.

What You'll Do :

- Define and own High-Speed RX architectures, driving system-level trade-offs across power, performance, area, and reliability.

- Architect and guide the implementation of key RX blocks including CTLE, VGA, DFE, Comparators/Slicers, and CDR support circuits.

- Analyze channel characteristics, signal integrity, jitter, noise, and equalization requirements.

- Lead technical reviews and mentor analog design teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful silicon products from architecture through validation.

What We're Looking For :

- 1218+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design.

- Strong expertise in High-Speed RX Architecture Definition and SerDes Design.

- Hands-on experience with CTLE, DFE, VGA, CDR, PAM4/NRZ signaling, and Signal Integrity analysis.

- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and AMS simulation environments.

- Proven track record of delivering multiple high-speed silicon products.

Preferred Experience :

- PCIe, Ethernet, USB, CXL, UCIe, or similar high-speed interfaces.

- Advanced CMOS/FinFET technology nodes.
