Job Title: Senior AI Engineer / AI Product Architect (Python, End-to-End Product Development)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Architect with 8+ years of industry experience in AI/ML and strong Python development skills, who can lead the design, development, and deployment of AI products from scratch. This is a high-impact role with ownership of product vision, architecture, and execution.

Responsibilities :

Own the AI product lifecycle : From ideation, data strategy, model design to full-stack AI product deployment.

- Design system architecture for scalable and maintainable AI products (microservices, APIs, cloud solutions).

- Develop production-grade AI/ML models using Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and take them to market.

- Lead data pipeline development (ETL, data cleaning, feature engineering) using Python and cloud-native tools.

- Implement ML Ops best practices - CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and frontend/backend developers.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest in AI/GenAI advancements and apply relevant techniques to business products.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on Python programming experience in AI/ML product development.

- Expertise in building AI solutions from scratch - from data processing to model deployment.

- Strong in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - AI/ML services, serverless architecture, cloud storage.

- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow).

- Solid understanding of API development (Flask, FastAPI) to integrate AI models into products.

- Ability to architect scalable solutions with focus on performance and user experience.

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to GenAI (LLMs, vector databases, embeddings).

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

- Previous experience in SaaS product development or AI platforms.

- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hive, Kafka).
