- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects using tools like Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

- Manage end-to-end release processes across Salesforce environments, including sandbox refreshes, data seeding, and metadata deployments.

- Work with Git and version control systems using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket; implement branching strategies and Git workflows.

- Integrate automated testing tools and frameworks into the deployment lifecycle to ensure code quality and deployment reliability.

- Automate DevOps tasks through scripting using Shell, Python, or Node.js for streamlined deployments and error handling.

- Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and QA teams to align release processes with Agile sprint goals and feature readiness.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce platform deployments.

- Proficient with Salesforce development tools and APIs including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Metadata API, and SFDX CLI.

- Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins pipelines integrated with Salesforce.

- Strong understanding of Git workflows, version control practices, and CI/CD principles.

- Hands-on scripting experience (Shell, Python, or Node.js) for automation and integration tasks.

- Experience integrating automated testing (unit, regression, etc.) into deployment pipelines
