Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled SWIFT Gateway Support Engineer to provide technical support, incident management, and integration troubleshooting for SWIFT gateway software and related infrastructure. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, proactive monitoring, and collaboration with banking, treasury, and ERP teams to ensure smooth and secure SWIFT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate and resolve technical issues involving SWIFT gateway software, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Monitor and proactively address SWIFT gateway operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform initial root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-impact incidents and implement mitigation plans.
- Provide technical support for integrations with banking, treasury, or ERP systems, including interface troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Maintain incident logs, update knowledge base articles, and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, system stability, and optimized performance.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with SWIFT gateway software and integrations.
- Proficiency in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Good knowledge of banking, treasury, or ERP system interfaces.
- Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize SWIFT gateway operations.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to update logs and share reports with stakeholders.
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of payment systems, financial messaging standards (SWIFT MT/MX).
- Experience in infrastructure monitoring and automation tools.
- Exposure to security compliance and audit processes in financial systems.
