Role : Epicor Functional Consultant

Shift timings : 2 pm to 11pm

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Epicor ERP implementations, configuration, business process analysis, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure Epicor modules, and deliver effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epicor ERP functional solutions.

- Configure and customize Epicor ERP modules based on business requirements.

- Participate in end-to-end Epicor ERP implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.

- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

- Configure workflows, business rules, security, and system parameters.

- Support data migration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, test scenarios, and user guides.

- Conduct SIT, UAT, and regression testing and resolve functional issues.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.

- Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Epicor ERP capabilities.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic.

- Good understanding of ERP business processes and functional modules.

- Experience in at least one or more of the following areas :

1. Finance & Accounting

2. Manufacturing

3. Supply Chain Management

4. Inventory & Warehouse Management

5. Sales & Distribution

6. Procurement

7. Production Planning

- Experience in Epicor configuration and functional troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of business process mapping and gap analysis.

- Experience with ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or production support.

- Good knowledge of integration concepts and ERP interfaces.

- Experience working with SQL for data validation and functional troubleshooting is desirable.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP 10.

- Knowledge of Epicor Business Process Management (BPM) and workflows.

- Exposure to Epicor REST APIs and integrations.

- Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS / Epicor dashboards.

- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply-chain processes.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Experience :

- 5+ years of overall ERP functional experience.

- 3+ years of relevant Epicor ERP / Kinetic experience.

- Experience in at least one full-cycle Epicor implementation is preferred.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Relevant Epicor certifications are an advantage.
