Support Specialist - VAPT

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive specialist to support the Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) by configuring test environments and managing candidate interaction.

This role bridges technical setup with candidate enablement, ensuring a seamless experience throughout assessment, onboarding, or project ramp-up phases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage environment provisioning in coordination with QA leads, OS servers , and infrastructure teams.

- Troubleshoot setup and access issues for candidates and offer timely resolution.

- Track environment usage, candidate progress, and performance metrics.

- Solving VAPT points.

- Patch deployment on UAT servers.

- EOD BOD batch process handling.

- Enforce security, access control, and compliance protocols in all configured environments.

- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance candidate experience and technical readiness.

Qualifications :

- Experience in environment setup for software testing, ideally within a TCOE or QA-focused domain.

- Strong understanding of testing frameworks, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

- Hands-on expertise with environment configuration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and

Git.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to guide candidates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
