Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCL Commerce applications.
- Perform log analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and track incidents through ServiceNow / Jira or equivalent tools.
- Document issues, solutions, and preventive measures to improve support processes.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of client-reported problems.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5 - 8 years of experience in HCL Commerce support or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, and web technologies.
- Experience in application log analysis and debugging.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing tools.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a work-from-office (WFO) environment across multiple locations.
