Job Title : Support Analyst (EDI - Logistics Domain)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 2- 5 Years

Joining : Immediate

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional support & troubleshoot EDI production systems

- Monitor production systems and proactively identify issues

- Manage and resolve tickets within SLAs

- Prepare reports related to the support process for management

- Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers on bug fixes and enhancements

- Perform RCA and work with technical teams on preventive measures

Required Skills :

- EDI Application Support experience (preferably in Logistics industry)

- Strong knowledge of EDI standards, process flow & SQL

- Hands-on experience with Sterling Integrator / WebMethods / Axway B2Bi & Sentinel

- Familiarity with APIs, Postman & ITSM tools (ServiceNow, WHD, etc.)

- Excellent problem-solving & debugging skills

Education :

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
