Supply Chain Data Scientist/Consultant

Supply Chain Domain Expertise :

- Deep expertise in 1+ supply chain functions (procurement, transportation, manufacturing, etc.)

- Broad exposure across the SC value chain : Procurement, Inbound Logistics, Production, Inventory & Demand Planning, Outbound Logistics, Retailing

- Ability to hold independent conversations with clients and drive discussions through clear communication

- Working knowledge of various supply chain solutions and software modules

Data Science & Analytical Skills :

- Database Management : Strong SQL skills for complex data querying and manipulation

- Data Processing : Experience with Excel, SQL, Alteryx or similar platforms

- Machine Learning : Hands-on experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, time series forecasting, optimization algorithms

- Visualization : Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI or similar platforms for executive-level reporting

- Statistics : Strong foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, and operations research

- Big Data : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies

Leadership & Consulting Skills :

- Program Management : Experience managing end-to-end solution delivery and adoption

- Product Management : Capability to design repeatable solution assets and frameworks

- Growth Mindset : Proven track record of training and developing analytical talent

Technical Competencies :

- Knowledge of optimization techniques (linear programming, network optimization)

- Familiarity with supply chain planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, etc.)

- Understanding of IoT and real-time analytics for supply chain monitoring

- Version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices
