Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) who bridges the gap between business needs and technology implementation. The ideal candidate will not only gather and translate business requirements but will also understand the product vision, customer expectations, and technical feasibility to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role demands a mix of analytical thinking, technical acumen, and strong communication skills to ensure all stakeholders (from clients to developers and QA) are aligned in achieving the product's success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, product vision, and customer expectations.

- Translate business and functional needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Create mockups, wireframes, and process flow diagrams to visually communicate requirements and proposed solutions.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.

- Perform thorough product validation and testing to ensure all requirements and quality standards are met before release.

- Actively participate in client planning, prioritization, and sprint ceremonies to align deliverables with business value.

- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and propose effective solutions.

- Ensure clarity of requirements across all stakeholders and maintain consistent communication between business and technical teams.

- Leverage analytical and technical knowledge to improve product usability, performance, and quality.

- Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and ensure the final product delivers the best possible value and experience.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.

- Proficiency in creating mockups, wireframes, and process documentation (using tools like Figma, Miro, or similar).

- Excellent communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration.

- Hands-on experience in product validation, testing, and quality assessment from a business and technical perspective.

- Ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business needs into technical outcomes.

- Experience in creating and managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.

- Exposure to product lifecycle management from concept to deployment.

Good to Have Skills :

- Familiarity with API concepts, system integrations, and data flow understanding.

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance product experience.

- Awareness of compliance, security, and usability best practices.

- Ability to identify and implement process improvements using automation or AI tools.
