Superseva - Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Were looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer who can design, build, and manage cloud-native CI/CD infrastructures and automation pipelines. The ideal candidate will be an expert in AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and fluent with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure in AWS.

- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.

- Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Manage version control workflows and branching strategies using GitHub.

- Implement automation around deployment, testing, monitoring, and rollback strategies.

- Define and implement DevOps best practices, including release management, infrastructure monitoring, log management, and alerting.

- Enable fast and reliable deployment cycles across dev, staging, and production environments.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure reliable and compliant delivery pipelines.

- Ensure infrastructure security (IAM policies, secrets management, encryption, etc.).

- Analyze and optimize cloud spend and system performance.

Must-Have Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering.

- Deep hands-on expertise with AWS Services EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.

- Proven experience with Terraform (IaC) in production environments.

- Strong expertise in GitHub, including branching strategies, PR reviews, and actions.

- Proficiency in GitHub Actions to build CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency with Linux shell scripting, Python or Bash for automation.

- Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (basic knowledge of ECS or EKS).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or OpenTelemetry.

- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and secrets management.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.

- Exposure to multi-account AWS setup and organizational SCPs.

- Experience integrating security and compliance checks into pipelines.

- Familiarity with Terraform Cloud/Enterprise and remote state backends.

- Knowledge of serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway).
