SuperPe - Flutter Developer - Dart Programming

Job Overview :

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing and developing seamless, performant apps while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers.

Youll play a key role in shaping our mobile architecture and delivering engaging user experiences across Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Work with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.

- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter SDK.

- Experience deploying apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

- Familiarity with state management approaches like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/integrations.

- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.

- Proficient with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

- Knowledge of Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.)

- Exposure to mobile performance optimization techniques.

- Understanding of app security best practices.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
