Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Workday & Technical Systems Analyst with strong experience in Workday integrations, technical analysis, development, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.

- Work closely with HR, Product, Engineering, Operations, and vendors.

- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 production support, troubleshooting, and RCA.

- Analyze requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.

- Manage testing, defect resolution, incident management, and system enhancements.

- Drive automation, process improvements, and operational excellence.
