About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ETL Talend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using the Talend platform. You will play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and available to support analytics and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend.

- Build and optimize data integration solutions to support reporting, analytics, and data warehousing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.

- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable data pipelines.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ETL workflows.

- Maintain documentation of data flows, mappings, and processes.

- Work closely with data architects and analysts to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Must-Have skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Talend (Open Studio / Enterprise or Cloud edition).

- Proven expertise in ETL development and data integration solutions.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues effectively.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good -to-Have skills :

- Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is an advantage.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
