Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to handle implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules with hands-on implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and support activities.

- Configure FI modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting.

- Configure CO modules : Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders.

- Handle Requirement Gathering, Business Process Mapping, and Gap Analysis.

- Prepare Functional Specifications, Documentation, and Test Scripts.

- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and integration processes.

- Conduct User Training, Workshops, and Post-Go-Live Support.

- Manage Troubleshooting, Issue Resolution, and System Support.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams for SAP integration.

Must Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Expertise in FI modules : GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting.

- Expertise in CO modules : CCA, PCA, Internal Orders.

- Strong knowledge of Requirement Gathering, Business Process Mapping, and Gap Analysis.

- Hands-on experience in SAP Configuration and Functional Documentation.

- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and integration scenarios.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience in Testing, Troubleshooting, and Production Support.

- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Life Sciences domain experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, IT, or related field.

- SAP FICO Certification.
