Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow, SolarWinds APIs, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing API-driven integrations to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and various enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and external systems such as Cisco Meraki.

- Develop and maintain API-based integration workflows across infrastructure, monitoring, and automation platforms.

- Enable real-time data synchronization between ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and other enterprise systems.

- Integrate monitoring and operational data into reporting platforms such as Power BI (preferred).

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to ensure high availability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, APIs, and workflows.

- Follow best practices for security, performance, and governance in integration development.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)

- Experience with SolarWinds APIs and enterprise monitoring integrations

- Expertise in REST APIs, web services, and API-based integrations

- Experience integrating Cisco Meraki with ServiceNow

- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and automation workflows

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Good to have Skills :

- Experience with Power BI integration and reporting

- Knowledge of enterprise IT operations and automation tools

- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms is an added advantage
