Location : Vadodara/ Hybrid (In office + remote) approach, working closely with our core teams at Sunflower Lab.

Your Impact :

- Build and maintain the platform's core engine using Python (FastAPI) and React to deliver a seamless user experience.

- Solid experience in backend engineering with strong expertise in Python and distributed systems

- Design and manage a resilient, event-driven architecture using Inngest, deploying and scaling services across AWS (Lambda and EKS).

- Leverage deep experience with Twilio, Telnyx, and Retell to build and optimize AI Agents (experience with n8n or Ag-UI is a significant plus).

- Partner with the team and Staff Engineers to define the long-term roadmap, strategies, and KPIs, demonstrating a "go-getter" attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

- Ensure the platform remains secure and HIPAA-compliant in close partnership with the DevOps team.

- Act as a leadership figure within the engineering team, quickly learning new technologies and ensuring all defined goals are met.
