We are looking for an experienced and passionate SugarCRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining SugarCRM solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Customize and configure SugarCRM modules, workflows, logic hooks, and views according to client and project needs.
- Develop custom modules and integrate third-party APIs with SugarCRM.
- Maintain and enhance existing SugarCRM implementations and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, testers, and other developers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations using best practices.
- Participate in the planning, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements for SugarCRM.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of the CRM system.
- Provide technical support and resolve any issues related to SugarCRM implementations.
- Write and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Work with data migrations, database integrations, and CRM reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience working with SugarCRM.
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and CRM frameworks.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations with SugarCRM.
- Hands-on experience in developing custom modules, logic hooks, and schedulers in SugarCRM.
- Good understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and automation tools.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in SugarCRM (if any) is a plus.
- Experience with SuiteCRM or other CRM platforms is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Linux environments and basic server administration.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a bonus.
