Role : SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant.
Shift : 9 AM 6 PM IST.
Location : Pan India / Remote.
Experience : 10+ Years (Minimum 34 Full-Cycle RCM Implementations).
Aaryavin Services is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) solutions for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end RCM and ONB implementations and support activities.
- Configure and optimize recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless RCMONB integration.
- Handle system landscapes, releases, refreshes, and escalations.
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Mentor team members and ensure delivery of SAP best-practice solutions.
- Stay updated with latest SAP SF releases and adopt new features (e.g., AI/Joule).
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 1015 years of experience with 34 full-cycle RCM implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Knowledge of cross-module integration (RCM ? ONB, EC).
