Job Description

Experience : 8+ years


Work Location : India (Remote)



Contract Period : 2 months, extendable 2 days / week support



Shift : 5 am to 2 pm IST



Required Skills & Experience :



- 8+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience.


- Minimum 5 years hands-on in Recruiting (REC) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.


- Strong understanding of Employee Central integration with REC/ONB.


- Experience performing system audits, configuration reviews, and process health checks.


- Excellent understanding of SAP best practices and data flow between modules.


- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.


- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding preferred.


Key Responsibilities :



- Perform detailed system health checks and configuration assessments for SF Recruiting and Onboarding modules.


- Identify process gaps, configuration inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.


- Provide recommendations and best practices for streamlined recruitment and onboarding processes.


- Collaborate with the Employee Central and Integration teams to ensure data consistency and seamless process flow.


- Support end-user testing, documentation, and stakeholder training as needed.


- Prepare technical and functional reports highlighting findings and remediation strategies.
