SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) and Career Development Planning (CDP) Consultant

We are hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) and Career Development Planning (CDP) Consultant to design, implement, and support performance and succession processes for enterprise clients. This role requires deep knowledge of SuccessFactors configurations and the ability to lead projects independently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure goal plan templates, performance form templates, CPM, calibration sessions, route maps, competencies, and permissions.

- Provide end-to-end implementations including requirement gathering, system setup, testing, and deployment.

- Integrate PMGM/CDP with other modules like Recruiting, Learning, and Employee Central.

- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

- Act as a functional lead, managing offshore/onshore delivery and coordinating with business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills :

- At least 2 full-cycle implementations.

- Strong hands-on experience configuring templates, features, and reports.

- Strong analytical and consulting skills.

Professional Attributes :

- Ability to handle client workshops and drive process design discussions.

- Strong leadership with experience managing large-scale SAP projects.
