SuccessFactors Consultant - Onboarding & Employee Central Modules

Key Responsibilities :

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Implementation :

- Serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Onboarding, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Customize and configure Onboarding processes to align with specific business needs and optimize the new hire experience.

Integration Expertise:

- Ensure robust and seamless integration of Onboarding with Employee Central, facilitating accurate employee data flow.

- Understand and manage the integration points between the Recruiting and Onboarding modules for a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.

Data Management & Compliance:

- Develop and execute effective data migration strategies for Onboarding data.

- Possess strong knowledge of compliance requirements and document management functionalities within the Onboarding module.

Consulting & Problem Solving:

- Provide expert functional and technical guidance to clients on Onboarding best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Onboarding configurations and integrations.

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Onboarding module.

- Module Integration: Experience integrating Onboarding with Employee Central and understanding of the integration between Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

- Data Management: Experience in data migration strategies and execution.

- Compliance & Configuration: Knowledge of compliance requirements and document management within Onboarding, and the ability to customize and configure Onboarding processes to meet business needs.

Certification (Highly Preferred) :

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification.
