Position : SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 6+ years

We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to join our team and lead end-to-end implementation and support engagements.

Key Requirements :

- 6+ years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay

- Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation module

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Role Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Compensation & Variable Pay

- Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support projects

- Design, develop, and maintain templates, forms, workflows, and reports

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation

- Prepare project documentation including solution design and configuration guides

- Oversee project execution ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met

- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business needs

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

- Ensure integration with existing systems and applications

- Provide technical guidance to the implementation team

- Analyze HR business processes and align them with SuccessFactors modules

- Partner with HR teams to ensure user adoption and training
