Plays a pivotal role in planning, migration, implementation, and integration of emerging technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID and Azure B2C, driving the organizations technology modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise & Architecture :

- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms, identity federation, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and related architecture patterns.

- Architect, design, and optimize solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, and other identity management platforms.

- Provide deep technical guidance on identity life cycle management, zero-trust principles, and security best practices.

- Diagnose and resolve complex, multi-system issues across security, identity management, and integration layers.

Planning, Migration & Modernization :

- Lead the planning, migration, and end-to-end implementation of emerging identity and access management (IAM) technologies.

- Drive technology modernization initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready identity infrastructures.

- Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and frameworks to enhance enterprise IAM capabilities.

Leadership & Strategic Guidance :

- Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic direction to technical teams, architecture groups, and business stakeholders.

- Guide enterprise-wide IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.

- Mentor and lead cross-functional engineering teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- 10-18 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, and cloud security domains.

- Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD B2C, and enterprise SSO platforms.

- Strong background in systems engineering, identity protocols, security architecture, and cloud technologies.

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale IAM implementations and modernization programs.

- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Relevant certifications (preferred): Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator (SC-300), Enterprise Administrator Expert, CISSP, or equivalent.
