Job Title : CISS-DWS-Software Distribution and Patch Management_AI Enhanced_SME_L2

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute monthly patch cycles, ensuring compliance with security baselines.

- Develop and maintain deployment packages for applications and OS updates.

- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment failures, ensuring high success rates.

- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting and configuration policies.

- Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and enforce compliance.

- Maintain accurate documentation (SOPs, deployment guides, audit reports).

- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

- familiarity with AI enabled tools like Microsoft Intune, Security copilot, Ivanti, Tanium, PatchMyPC, Rabopack etc.

- Focus on predictive, autonomous orchestration like Low-Touch Deployment, Self-Healing Endpoints etc.

Technical Skill Set :

- Microsoft Graph API; AIOps tools.

- Strong understanding of SCCM, Tanium, workspace One, Intune , Intune suite and security copilot

- Patch management and compliance reporting.

- Operating Systems : Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.

- Security & Compliance : Knowledge of vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys).

- Familiarity with ITIL framework and enterprise change management processes.
