This is a critical leadership role that requires proven experience defining solution architecture, driving large-scale ServiceMax deployments, and acting as a trusted advisor to both business users and IT executives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture & Documentation : Define and meticulously document business requirements, process flows, and comprehensive solution architecture for complex ServiceMax implementations and deployments.

- Requirements & Design Leadership : Lead and execute requirements gathering sessions. You will design and implement scalable ServiceMax solutions that are perfectly tailored to meet specific client business needs.

- Hands-on Development : Provide direct, hands-on support for system customization, configuration, development, and integration activities within the ServiceMax platform.

- Stakeholder Management : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on ServiceMax best practices, strategic roadmap planning, and future capabilities. You must be able to effectively engage with both business users and IT executives to drive consensus and ensure successful solution delivery.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure complete alignment between the deployed ServiceMax solution and overarching business goals.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience as a Professional Services Technical Consultant.

- Certification : ServiceMax Certification is mandatory.

- Deployment Experience : Proven, hands-on experience with large-scale, complex ServiceMax deployments and implementations.

- Consulting Acumen : Strong ability to engage effectively with and manage relationships with both business users (functional requirements) and IT executives (technical architecture).

- Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills, crucial for driving solution architecture and delivery.
