We are looking for experienced GPP professionals to serve as functional experts on a high-impact banking software implementation project. You will be the go-to person for all GPP-related matters, bridging the gap between technical and functional teams while ensuring smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary GPP expert on the project - the focal point for any GPP-related questions, issues, or escalations

- Participate in LLD (Low Level Design) and ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops, contributing inputs on system design, interface design, and system integration

- Act as a configuration expert for the client, supporting both system and business configuration activities

- Triage GPP-related testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries, and other diagnostic tools

- Support the bank's SIT, UAT, and NFT test phases through query resolution and test scope review

- Triage production issues, recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades

- Participate in walkthroughs of technical and functional documentation, including Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases

What We're Looking For :

- Hands-on, in-depth knowledge of GPP (Global PayPlus) - essential

- Experience working directly with banking clients during software implementation projects

- Strong ability to liaise between multiple teams - client, technical, and functional

- Comfortable working with logs, trace files, and Oracle queries for issue diagnosis

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
