Studio Diseno Innovative - Software Tester - Salesforce

We are seeking detail-oriented Salesforce Testers with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Experience with Salesforce modules, APIs, and integrations is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform API and web service testing for Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, Swagger

- Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, triggers, and Visualforce/Apex components

- Collaborate with developers, admins, and product teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality delivery

- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps

- Conduct testing across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)

- Ensure quality benchmarks are met prior to product release

- Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and strategy discussions

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce functional and API testing (REST/SOAP)

- Skilled in writing clear, concise test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports

- Exposure to Salesforce modules, Lightning UI, and mobile testing

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodology

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium with Salesforce, Provar, Tosca)

- Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL for data validation

- Experience with Salesforce release management and deployments

- Familiarity with browser developer tools, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler
