As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, defining, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, domain understanding, and the ability to manage complex requirements across systems, processes, and data flows.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Requirement Management :

- Analyze and understand business needs, objectives, and operational challenges.

- Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Modeling & Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed business analysis models, including :

1. Business workflows and process flows

2. Use cases and user journeys

3. Data flows and system interactions

- Document as-is and to-be process models using standard notations (BPMN, UML).

- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Data Analysis & Functional Understanding :

- Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and insights supporting decision-making.

- Define data requirements, mappings, and validation rules.

- Collaborate with data, engineering, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.

- Support UAT planning and execution to validate delivered solutions against business expectations.

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration :

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and solution discussions.

- Ensure clear communication of requirements, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.

- Support project managers and product owners in delivery planning and prioritization.

Governance & Quality Assurance :

- Maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTM) to ensure full coverage from requirement to implementation.

- Ensure documentation quality, version control, and compliance with internal standards.

- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and governance processes where applicable.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

- 6- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization.

- Proven ability to work with complex systems, workflows, and data-driven solutions.
