Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior BA role.

- Solid understanding of mobile and web development technologies, Agile methodologies, and project workflows.

- Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Clear and confident communication skills - both verbal and written.

- Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations.

Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Ownership of business analysis activities across web and mobile app projects.

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to elicit and document clear business requirements.

- Translate requirements into detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specs.

- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers through the SDLC.
