We are seeking a skilled and experienced React.js Developer to join our dynamic development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality, responsive, and production-ready frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.

Performance & Scalability :

- Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Manage application state efficiently using tools such as Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.

- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and performance best practices.

Integration & Collaboration :

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.

- Collaborate closely with backend developers to define API contracts and data flows.

- Work with designers and product managers to deliver intuitive and user-centric experiences.

Quality & Best Practices :

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Implement unit and component testing using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend development standards.

- Follow secure coding practices and frontend best practices.

Build & Deployment :

- Work with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment of frontend applications.

- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3- 6 years of experience in frontend development with strong React.js expertise.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of React hooks, lifecycle, and component architecture.

- Experience integrating with APIs and handling asynchronous data.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with modern styling solutions (CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind, or similar).

- Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks.

- Experience with frontend testing and performance monitoring tools.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
