Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core and React.js to develop and maintain scalable web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in modern software development, and a passion for creating robust, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs using .NET Core and .NET Framework.

- Implement RESTful APIs ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

- Integrate with Kafka and other messaging platforms for asynchronous communication and real-time data processing.

- Optimize data models and queries across relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB).

Software Architecture & DevOps :

- Architect and implement scalable, distributed systems using microservices best practices.

- Leverage cloud-based blob storage for managing large files and unstructured data.

- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

- Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure reliability, observability, and operational excellence.

Collaboration & Agile Development :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, architects, and product stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and React.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven design patterns (publish-subscribe, message queueing systems).

- Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with cloud-native storage solutions like blob storage.

- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and Git.

- Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets.

- Exposure to serverless functions and modern cloud-native design patterns.

- Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, Identity Server).

- Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices (unit, integration, and load testing).
