Role Overview :

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong experience in Python/Django, backend architecture and cloud-based applications. The role involves owning key modules, contributing to architecture decisions, and building secure, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, secure and reliable backend applications and APIs.

- Own key modules from technical design through development and deployment.

- Build and maintain microservices and multi-tenant architectures with appropriate data isolation.

- Drive performance optimization across applications, databases and infrastructure.

- Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization and access controls.

- Work with cloud infrastructure, monitoring, logging and CI/CD to ensure reliable production systems.

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution.

Requirements :

- 4 - 5 years of backend/software engineering experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python + Django/FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, relational databases and backend architecture.

- Experience with microservices/distributed systems and scalable application design.

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Good understanding of application and cloud security.

- Experience with performance optimization, caching and database optimization.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
