About the Role :

SG IT is looking for an experienced SVP (Stress, Volume & Performance) Tester to join our growing QA and Performance Engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in non-functional testing, performance analysis, workload simulation, and system optimization across enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios to ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability under varying workloads.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance Testing & Analysis :

- Design and execute Stress, Volume, Load, Endurance, and Performance test scenarios

- Analyze application performance under different workloads and user volumes

- Identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues

- Conduct root-cause analysis and provide optimization recommendations

Test Planning & Execution :

- Develop detailed performance test plans, scripts, and test cases

- Execute performance tests for web, API, database, and enterprise applications

- Simulate real-world traffic and workload conditions

- Monitor system behavior during testing activities

Performance Monitoring :

- Monitor CPU, memory, network, database, and server utilization metrics

- Use monitoring and profiling tools to capture application performance insights

- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards

Collaboration & Optimization :

- Work closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and QA teams

- Support performance tuning activities for applications and databases

- Participate in release readiness and production performance validation

Documentation & Reporting :

- Document test strategies, test results, observations, and recommendations

- Present findings to stakeholders and technical teams

- Maintain performance testing standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Performance, Stress, Volume, and Load Testing
