We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead our expanding QA team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our data-centric, AI-driven, and scalable cloud systems. In this role, you will define and execute automation strategies, lead BI test coverage initiatives, oversee backend validation processes,
and champion continuous delivery practices to maintain high standards across our platforms.
Work Schedule : 5 Days/Week Onsite
Working Hours : 11:30 AM 8:30 PM IST
Collaboration : Work with Global Teams
Key Responsibilities :
- Define, implement, and manage Business Intelligence (BI) data validation strategies across multiple analytics layers.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and data engineering to optimize test coverage, ensure data traceability, and validate reporting accuracy.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) quality metrics, regression automation, and performance testing initiatives.
- Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices and processes to streamline testing workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in testing data-driven platforms, pipelines, and complex BI validation logic.
- Strong familiarity with cloud deployments and AI/ML pipeline testing.
- Hands-on automation experience using Java or Python, with proficiency in tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
- Working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, and container orchestration technologies.
- Experience with test data management and managing test environments for batch and stream processing workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
