- Provide strategic leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives across the organisation to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable progress.

Job Requirements :
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in programme management, strategy, or consulting rolespreferably in the education or development sector.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across multiple levels.
