Role Overview :

As a Quality Engineer specializing in SAP SuccessFactors at Stratacent India Private Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our SuccessFactors implementations and related integrations. You will work closely with our development, functional, and project teams to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs and drive user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright Testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to identify, analyze, and resolve defects, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to provide input on testability and ensure quality considerations are integrated into the development process.

- Perform regression testing to validate that new features and bug fixes do not introduce new issues or negatively impact existing functionality.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Generate and maintain test data to support testing activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Provide clear and concise test reports and metrics to stakeholders, communicating test results and highlighting potential risks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust automation testing frameworks using Selenium and Playwright Testing.

- Proven expertise in testing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Goal Management, and Compensation.

- Solid understanding of SAP HCM processes and data structures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed.
