About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications.

You will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, improving user experience, and ensuring code quality across the application.

This position requires close collaboration with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA, and product managers to deliver intuitive and reliable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Build reusable, modular, and scalable components following best practices and design patterns.

- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, ensuring maintainability and performance.

- Implement clean separation of concerns and state management strategies.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, interactive, and accessible interfaces.

- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG standards).

- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and API design.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Implement unit, integration, and component tests using appropriate testing frameworks.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay up to date with the latest React.js features, frontend frameworks, and industry trends.

- Evaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.

- Continuously enhance application usability, performance, and user experience.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with strong focus on React.js.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and React performance optimization techniques.

- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Familiarity with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).

- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git)
